Cox DVR Guide

How To Record on your Cox DVR

Cox has become one of the largest leading cable companies in the United States today. The DVR (Digital Video Recording) has become one of the most popular services Cox has to offer. With the Cox DVR customers have the capability to record specific programs of their choice at any time. Customers may record live programming or may set the DVR to record future programming prior to the time that they air. Recorded programs will be saved directly to the DVR cable box provided by Cox. Once a program has been recorded and saved to the DVR it can be viewed at anytime. You can then choose to either erase the program permanently or save it for future viewing. A program that is saved to the DVR may be viewed as often and as many times as desired. Keep in mind that the Cox DVR can only store a certain amount of content and will show the percentage of space used. Erase the programs that have already been viewed and are no longer needed to ensure enough space is available for new programming. A future program set to record will not record if there is not enough space available. Using the Cox DVR is quite easy to use.
